Live Foal Guarantee

Owner must submit a mare breeding report signed by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of the loss of a foal

Covers the loss of a foal that does not stand and nurse within 48 hours after birth

Covers one free re-breeding with the same mare- no cash refund

Re-breed must be done within the next breeding season

Re-Breed Policy

All fresh cooled contracts include one re-breed within the same breeding season on the same mare if the mare does not confirm pregnant at a 16-day ultrasound

Frozen semen contracts are sold as-is. No re-breed is included.
Collection & Shipping

Mare owner owner is responsible for all shipping and container insurance fees.

Fresh cooled semen is shipped overnight via FedEx to the mare owner's veterinarian.

Stallion owner is responsible for processing and preparing the shipment.

Shipping containers must be returned to the stallion owner within 48 hours of receipt at mare owner's expense.
Payment Terms

Non-refundable booking fee of $400 is due with signed contract.

Remaining balance is due prior to ordering the first collection.

If the stallion becomes unable to breed due to injury, illness, or death prior to collection, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
ANCCE REgistration
-
The stallion owner will provide an insemination certificate (Mare Breeding Passport) for use by the mare owner/s veterinarian and must be returned to the stallion owner upon completion
-
All other registration paperwork and fees related to the registration of the foal are the responsibility of the mare owner
